Since 1986, Dr. Ryan Jensen has been practicing primary care optometry. His personal goal is to provide his patients with the best eye care possible, spending as much time as it takes with each patient. For over 30 years, Dr. Jensen has been practicing optometry in Lincoln and providing the community with excellent care. Between his busy schedule, Dr. Jensen enjoys playing the drums, biking and writing creative poetry in his spare time.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Dr. Jensen went on to the University of Houston, where he received his doctor of optometry degree. While in Houston, Dr. Jensen worked at M.D. Anderson Cancer and Tumor Institute of Houston and at the Glaucoma Service and Research Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine. At Baylor, He provided advanced diagnostic procedures, clinical refraction, primary care optometry and assisted in the research at the glaucoma laboratory.
